Location, bakery and tram nearby, easy access to Nice's sights and views. Hotel is comfortable and has great air conditioning. Kind and helpful staff. 2-minute walk to the beach, 10-minute walk to city center. Supermarket within 2 minutes. Convenient public transportation. Friendly front desk staff. Family-run, charming, and clean hotel. Direct tram connection from the airport. Close to supermarket and sunny beach.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable and affordable, especially considering its convenient location near the beach and close to everything. The staff were attentive and paid attention to detail, ensuring that everything was well taken care of during my stay. I particularly appreciated the rooms with balconies, as it was a lovely touch to have some outdoor space to relax in. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying and a great way to start the day.
I couldn't find any fault, everything was perfect.
